On Ramp - Our CrossFit On Ramp Course serves as an introduction to the CrossFit methods.  You will receive detailed instruction on the proper execution of all our fundamental movements as well as an  introduction to supplementary movements.  During this course you will also develop the intensity (work capacity) to complete the Group Class WODs.  This course is designed for generally injury free folks of all fitness levels. If you are already familiar with CrossFit, these sessions will be used to sharpen your form, learn more technical movements, and leave you with a firm grasp of the exercises and substitutions that suit your specific needs. This course is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. It meets 3 days a week for 4 weeks and is limited to 6 people per course.

Group - Once you have completed the CrossFit On Ramp Course, you may join the Group sessions.  These classes run 60 minutes and consist of a warm-up, skills lesson, and a WOD.
 

Personal Training - If a group class is not your style we do offer personal training.  Contact us to discuss the details.

On Ramp - $120.00

Group - $100.00/month, unlimited sessions

Personal Training - $60.00 per session

Family Rate - First family member is full price, each addition family member will receive  20% off their membership. 

Headquarters Learning Center - if you are already enrolled in a monthly class at the HLC, then you can join CrossFit Eastern Shore at a 50% discount.

10% Military, Police, and Fire Department discount.
