JASON L. ODOM
OWNER. COACH. SOLDIER.
From an NCAA endurance athlete turned soldier with the United States Army, Jason Odom has built his entire life around a dedication to fitness.
Finding CrossFit as a method of training after an injury forced him to tie his track spikes for the last time, Jason quickly realized the importance of a well rounded fitness program. With a new found passion for foundational movements, Jason perfected his skills while coaching fellow soldiers and cadets overseas while on a deployment to Iraq.
After returning home and adapting back to civilian life, Jason realized that he needed to share his passion for fitness, and his belief in CrossFit as a training program to the community along the Eastern Shore. Opening CrossFit Eastern Shore in Daphne, in 2011, Jason was able to offer a brand new service to a new group of people.
This mentality of continuing to serve the Baldwin County community is what drives Jason as a business owner, and as a coach to push his athletes to not focus on where they are currently at in their fitness journey, but focus on how far they have come.
Jason is currently a Captain in the United States Army, and hold his CrossFit Level-1, CrossFit Level-2, USA Track & Field Level-1 and USA Weightlifting Level-1 accreditations.
